Shipping
All product shipping arrangements will be conducted based on the goods to be shipped. Certain goods can only be shipped via ground and are not eligible to be shipped by air. In these cases, shipping may be delayed.
Taxes
Taxes on products sold are based on the following:
-HAWK RESCUE SERVICES Ltd. goods are sold from the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
-As such goods are taxed with 5%GST and 7%PST.
Tracking
As per regulations, HAWK RESCUE SERVICES Ltd. is required to track serial numbers on certain products sold. A complete list of these products are listed below:
- Oxygen Tanks
- Oxygen Regulators
- Pulse Oximeter
When tracking of these items takes place data is entered into a spreadsheet. The data that is entered is the following:
- Invoice Numbers
- Name / Company of purchaser
- Address of purchaser
- Contact number of purchaser
